What makes this neighborhood so attractive to live in?
The house is located in the spacious and very green neighborhood of Mariahoeve and is ideally situated with respect to shops, the center of The Hague, various exit roads and public transport.
By bike, everything is easily reachable. The small-scale shopping center 'Het Kleine Loo' for daily shopping is around the corner, and the new shopping mall 'The Mall of the Netherlands' is an 8-minute bike ride away.
